[Bug 671447] [NEW] Gimp does not print, at all.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gimp

Gimp 2.6.10 does not print at all on Ubuntu 10.10 because of a version
conflict with Cairo.

Gimp 2.6.10 on Ubuntu 10.10 ejects blank pages without any graphical content.
I've confirmed this with both a desktop printer and an office laser printer.

The gimp guys know this, and released a fix intended for Ubuntu 10.10.
It was never included in the 10.10 release.

Please see... (near the bottom of that page as of this writing.)

For more.

There are a few other minor bug fixes in 2.6.11. Here's a list, though the ppa listed on the following
does not work, so right now there is no work around.
