Message #00289
[Bug 686426] [NEW] lts.conf HOSTNAME option is undocumented
Public bug reported:
The hostname of the LTSP client can be set in lts.conf, but this option
is not documented in the manual page:
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/maverick/en/man5/lts.conf.5.html
It's very difficult to find out that the hostname is actually set by
/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/nfs-bottom/ltsp, which
is built into the initramfs.
Also the above manual page is not installed on an LTSP server, which I
think it should be. I have no idea what package contains it.
