[Bug 707226] [NEW] This message popped up when I was in UBUNTU software center and tried to download the program GIMP. Gimp works now. This after I made a second attempt to download the GIMP, which seems to have been successful.

This message popped up when I was in UBUNTU software center and tried to
download the program GIMP. Gimp works now. This after I made a second
attempt to download the GIMP, which seems to have been successful.

The error message that popped up, it said that it was desired that this case should be reported
I use: 
4.0-0ubuntu8 (lsb-release)
0.8.3ubuntu7 (apt), with ekstras Compression method of 7Z format in 7-zip program (lzma)
0.39ubuntu1 (apt-xapian-index)

Here is the text of the error that occurred during the 1 Started downloading GIMP.
