[Bug 803684] [NEW] Inconsistent spelling in Calibre information

1. Open Ubuntu Software Center
2. Search for Calibre in search book
3. Click on the 'More Info' button to display the explanation

In some lines of the information the spelling used is "ebook" and on
other lines it is "e-book". This should be "e-book" throughout.
