Public bug reported:

Debian now packages the final upstream version instead of the release
candidate that is in precise.

Please note that the scribus-ng package is now at an *older* version
than scribus -- hopefully Debian will package 1.5 as a new scribus-ng
soon but if not, that package should probably be removed from Precise.
