[Bug 934031] [NEW] link destination is wrong in case of html -> mobi conversion

Hello
I've installed 0.8.40 and since then the link destination points under
the section, here's the sample source code:

Can this be fixed so it works as in the previous versions (e.g. 0.8.23)?
