[Bug 934031] [NEW] link destination is wrong in case of html -> mobi conversion

Public bug reported:

Hello

I've installed 0.8.40 and since then the link destination points under
the section, here's the sample source code:

<html><head><meta http-equiv=Content-Type content=text/html;
charset=utf-8></head><body>

<p align=center><a name=toc><h3>TOC</h3><br>
<p align=left><a href=#aaa>aaa</a><br>

<p align=center><a name=aaa><h3>aaa</h3>
<p align="left" width="30pt">
<br>
<p align="left" width="30pt">
<br>
<p align="left" width="30pt">
TEXT
<br>
<p align="left" width="30pt">
TEXT
<br>
<p align=center><a href=#toc>TOC</a><br><br>
<p align=center><a name=bbb><h3>Black Velvet</h3> < ----------------- it points here if i click the "aaa" link in the TOC
.
.
.
</body></html>

Can this be fixed so it works as in the previous versions (e.g. 0.8.23)?

Thanks
