[Bug 946537] [NEW] cruft left in /etc/inetd.conf after LTS to LTS+1 upgrade

Public bug reported:

9571 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/ldminfod
9572 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/nbdswapd
2000 stream tcp nowait nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/nbdrootd /opt/ltsp/images/i386.img

... yet, according to the changelog, neither of the two NBD wrappers are
needed anymore since LTSP 5.3. Shouldn't those lines therefore be
removed by some postinst magic upon upgrade if found?
