  * Install SVG icon based on icons/anki-logo.svg
  * Note origins of icon files in debian/copyright
  * Change homepage field to http://ankisrs.net/ (Closes: 653888)
  * Migrate from python-support to dh_python2
  * Increase debhelper compatibility level to v8
  * Only remove executable bits from files under usr/share/anki instead of
    usr/share in binary-indep rule
