[Bug 988381] [NEW] Freemind does not appear in alt-tab list, can't be un-minimised

Public bug reported:

Running Desktop 12.04 fully updated as of 25th April 2012

Running freemind: freemind:
  Installed: 0.9.0+dfsg-1
  Candidate: 0.9.0+dfsg-1
  Version table:
 *** 0.9.0+dfsg-1 0
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

What is expected:
Pressing Freemind icon on unity bar to show already open windows, pressing Alt-Tab to show all open windows including freemind, allow switching too and between freemind windows. After minimising a freemind window, I should be able to restore the window

Pressing the freemind icon on the unity bar launches a new instance of
freemind every time, it cannot be used to show already open copies of
freemind

Pressing Alt tab shows other windows, but seems to hide any free mind
windows, no matter if they are minimised or visible on the desktop
