[Bug 1014686] [NEW] Calibre uses 100% of system resources

 

Public bug reported:

I was running the Nathan Muench ppa of Calibre successfully until the
upgrade to Quantal. I tried downgrading the version to the 12.10 version
but nothing changed. It just hangs and uses 100% of my duel core
processors.
