[Bug 1055937] [NEW] helpfiles not found

Hello,
o Open a terminal window (e.g konsole)
o Type in the following and press [Enter]
librecad
o In the "librecad"-menu click on "Help" -> "Manual"
/!\ Now the error message box

"Helpfiles not found"
Bugger, I couldn't find the helpfiles on the filesystem.

(i) I've looked also in synaptic for a separate package, but I only found "librecad" and "librecad-data".
And these packages are installed
