[Bug 1081231] [NEW] GIMP cannot drag droppable dialog to toolbox

Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 12.10 i'm not able to drag a "dockable dialog" to the toolbox
dialog althoug the toolbox says "You can drop dockable dialogs here". I
want to restore by "tool options", for somehow i accidentally deleted
this dock from the toolbox. Only way for me to do this now is to restore
all options in GIMP, dragging would be a lot easier.
