[Bug 1160997] [NEW] Anki in the repos is not current - needs to be updated to Anki2

Anki 1.2 can't be used with the anki2 flashcard sets. Anki 2 is
available for download, but it would be better to have Anki 2 in the
repos instead. (I was told to submit this as a bug report)
