Please sync librecad 2.0.0~beta2+nolibs-1 (universe) from Debian
experimental (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
I'm not sure why dxflib was sync'd, but this version of librecad is needed for the 2.5 versions of dxflib, so we should take this or drop the version of dxflib in proposed
