Pencil is pretty much dead and was since 2009? on Ubuntu 14.04, the
Export -> Movie or Export -> Flash doesn't work, the "Fill tool" is
broken, lots of artifacts when using "Polyline tool" etc

there is a fork of Pencil that it is constant development  "Pencil2D" here http://www.pencil2d.org/pencil2d/ 
and git here https://github.com/pencil2d/pencil

can this package be updated to Pencil2D?
