Calibre 1.45.0 doesn't show indicator in toolbar for Ubuntu 14.04.
This may not be a Calibre bug, but after an upgrade to 14.04, Calibre no longer shows in the system toolbar as an indicator.  This means the only way to stop Calibre running is to kill the process.  There is no quit from the Calibre toolbar.  I was previously running 12.04.  The indicator setup is different from 12.04, I'm pretty sure.  This was a fresh install of 14.04 and of Calibre onto a new drive.
