I can't select GIMP main menu after switching from Firefox into dock
window. Steps to reproduce:

1. Focus Firefox
2. Switch to GIMP
3. Make sure focus is on dock window (it always on dock in my version, which may be a bug of itself)
4. Try to select File menu

Expected:
  Gimp File menu is opened

Actual:
  Firefox File menu is opened
