Development of terminal/other_apps

I know this is the second email I post about this, but it's kind of urgent.

I just tried re-installing gnome and deleting all settings, reinstalling
apps after it.

I just made (make clean;make) pantheon terminal and when I run
./pantheon-terminal from build/ I get:

[INFO 12:43:52.019332] [Application:83] Pantheon Terminal version: (null)
[INFO 12:43:52.019469] [Application:86] Kernel version:
[DEBUG 12:43:52.019828] [Settings:155] Loading settings from schema
'org.elementary.PantheonTerminal.SavedState'
[DEBUG 12:43:52.020420] [Settings:155] Loading settings from schema
'org.elementary.PantheonTerminal.Settings'
[WARN 12:43:52.020635] [GLib-GIO] Settings schema
'org.elementary.PantheonTerminal.Settings' does not contain a key named
'background-transparent'
Trace/breakpoint trap

When I "sudo make install", I get:

[ 87%] Built target pantheon-terminal
[ 87%] messages.”
[100%] Built target i18n
Install the project...
-- Install configuration: ""
-- Installing:
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/org.elementary.pantheon-terminal.gschema.xml
-- Compiling GSettings schemas
-- Up-to-date: /usr/bin/pantheon-terminal
-- Up-to-date: /usr/share/applications/pantheon-terminal.desktop

Everything seems fine, but when I run "pantheon-terminal", the settings
don't work, "Opacity" switch is on General box, and not on Appearance box.

I deleted /usr/local/bin/pantheon-terminal, and re-installed everything. I
can't run anything now, and if I run from ~/src/pantheon-terminal/build it
says it can't find setting background-transparent from settings.

I need somebody to try and install pantheon-terminal, and tell me if it
works. Thanks, I can't work on any app, hence this is very urgent.
