Hi folks,

i finished the work of victored and others on bringing the Simple Scan
GUI closer to the elementary HIG.

Following things have changed since the normal Simple Scan:

-> moved all important menus to the App-Menu and removed the normal menubar
-> changed the behaviour of the save-toolbutton
-> implemented contractor-menu for pdf
-> changed the about-dialog to the granite one

Currently everything is based on version 3.6 of Simple Scan.
