Title:
  The ABI version for the development package is missing

Status in Pantheon Library:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  For pantheon.pc file if I look inside, I can see

  Version: 0.1

  but the .pc file is named as pantheon.pc which should actually be
  pantheon-1.pc so that when building against pantheon, the developers
  can have stronger control over against which ABI of pantheon our
  plugs/apps gets built.
