  Implement Ctrl+Scroll and Ctrl+Plus and Ctrl+Minus for Text Size

Status in Lingo Dictionary:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Since Lingo allows changing the font size, it should allow the
  standard shortcuts for doing so: Ctrl+Scroll Up for increasing size,
  and Ctrl+Scroll Down for decreasing. It should also support Ctrl+Plus
  and Ctrl+Minus for zooming.
