[Bug 1942745] Re: htcacheclean service started by default on hirsute
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and trying to make Ubuntu
better.
This was a decision made by the Debian maintainer (as you can see in the
commit you linked), the debhelper compatibility level was bumped to 13
which brings in some behavior changes. So yes, I believe this was
intentional. Are you experiencing any issue regarding this change?
I am marking this bug as Invalid because I believe this is not a bug, if
you disagree or have some more context to bring in please add a comment
and set the Status back to New and we will take a look again.
