[Bug 2033476] [NEW] High ldap process cpu usage

Public bug reported:

Bug: High ldap process cpu usage
After: update to fixed samba version (2:4.15.13+dfsg-0ubuntu1.3) - fix domain membership after Windows KB5028166 update (LP: #2027716)
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Details: After some time the ldap processes cpu usage will be really
high and samba does not close this processes (maybe stucked processes?).
See attahced screenshot.

Extra options in smb.conf for reduce system load:

prefork children:ldap = 3
prefork backoff increment:ldap = 2
prefork maximum backoff = 5

** Affects: samba (Ubuntu)
