Welcome to Ubuntu Linux! Sharing files between Linux and Windows can be
a bit tricky. Regarding your Samba issue, it's great that you're trying

To remove the leftover files, you can use the following command to
remove packages that were installed with Samba:

sudo apt-get autoremove
This should help clean up any residual files that were installed alongside Samba.
