[Bug 2080070] [NEW] rpcd_spoolss memoryleak and high cpu-usage?

Public bug reported:

I run a samba server for a small business.
It's not connected to a Windows AD, we are not using that.
So I am not running Winbind, just smbd and nmbd.
Most clients are Windows machines with a few Mac's and Linux-clients.
Everything works fine, file sharing and printing (via cups).
What causes me to file this report is that the rpcd_spoolss-process behaves strangely.
When the server is idle, it's cpu-usage rises slowly but continously and so does its memory-usage.
Funnily, it seems to go back to normal, when people start working in the morning and use the server.

The server in question is Ubuntu server 24.04.1 LTS - just upgraded from
22.04, that did not have this problem. So the Samba version is 4.19.5.

I should think that others will experience this.
It is not a HUGE problem, but it smells like a bug to me.

Thanks for all the great work Ubuntu is doing for the open-source
community!
