When you see a dead client, could you pull its network plug and wait for
the 10 sec epoptes ping timeout to occur, to verify that the problem
isn't e.g. another user's epoptes-client process running on that same
client?

  add refresh button for remove dead clients

Bug description:
  It would be nice if a refresh button could be added. Using this button
  dead clients should be removed from online list.
