[Bug 1157241] [NEW] WOL sends magic packet on the gateway interface only, useless in a 2 nic configuration

Public bug reported:

If you setup a 2 nic configuration, i.e. with eth0 as wan interface and eth1 to the switch with all the clients connected, the wake on lan magic packet is sent only to eth0, so will never reach the clients (I've chekced with tcpdump).
Instead should use the same interface used for epoptes communication with clients, or, if too complicated, to all the available interfaces (that could also be named "bond0", since nic bonding on the client side is common).

** Affects: epoptes
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
