[Bug 1200614] [NEW] epoptes daemon does not start

Public bug reported:

Epoptes daemon does not automatically start on my Ubuntu 13.04
installation. I've manually changed the init priority in order for it to
start later, as I thought it could be a priority problem with samba /
likewise (the user group is an Active Directory group).

If, once logged, I do:

sudo service epoptes start

... it starts without problems.

** Affects: epoptes (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
