HI all,

I fell into the oldest trap in the book. (and I should have known
better)

when the update was done, it overwrites the config files. This has the
effect of commenting out server name, listening port etc.

I updated the config files being very very very careful this time.

Success.

BTW. Wow, this is powerful.  As an instructor (not a teacher) I can see
how IT teachers would ove this.

Handy for home use so you can have the kids in their room doing h/work
and monitor them without having to look over their shoulder.
