Ray, other than a place to host binaries, is there any value to  
starting a Google Code project? It seems like every other project need  
could be met with existing or targeted services.

Wiki: continue with wikidot or use Github
Blog/News: wiki?
Binary hosting: Orbitz supplied Apache instance, upload to iBiblio?
