Per our conversation with DevTools, it sounds like they'd like each app do
have it's own name. For example:

os-jira.orbitz.net
os-wiki.orbitz.net

Then we could use code.orbitz.net as our static http server. This would
allow us to create a landing page with links out to jira and the wiki as
well links to download the binaries.
