Re: Development model

 

When branching out for a full release with feature changes, y in x.y.z will
be bumped. When only bugfixes happen in that series later, z is bumped.

Pre is just lightweight snapshots, but having the option of packages for
collaborators is good, so if using alpha is better then I am all for that.
