Bug description:
  After Upgrading Ubuntu from 12.10 to 13.04 the following problem
  arises when upgrading the python-freeipa package:

  The following packages will be upgraded:
    python-freeipa
  1 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
  1 not fully installed or removed.
  Need to get 0 B/606 kB of archives.
  After this operation, 612 kB of additional disk space will be used.
  (Reading database ... 644276 files and directories currently installed.)
  Preparing to replace python-freeipa 2.1.4-0ubuntu1 (using .../python-freeipa_3.1.2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb) ...
  Unpacking replacement python-freeipa ...
