Debian official packages uses -X or -X.X. These packages won't be accept for
Debian so we should use -0somethingX.

X.X if for non maintainer uploads so I think we should use -0somethingX.X on

our personal ppa for test.

I am not a forum guy. But is a good idea. I like the launchpad answers too.

The packages code are hosted at launchpad and every member of the team has
write permission
to them. Another way is to post here your patches.
