Please confirm that the FastCGI packages shipped with Fuel include the
Inktank patch for this problem:
http://ceph.com/docs/dumpling/radosgw/manual-install/#continue-support

Our package:
libapache2-mod-fastcgi_2.4.7~0910052141-1-inktank2_amd64.deb

doesn't match md5sum of mod_fastcgi.so from the Inktank package:
http://gitbuilder.ceph.com/libapache-mod-fastcgi-deb-precise-x86_64-basic/

d8e4bfa7e2626114e1ce0ab71f01c816  ceph/mod_fastcgi.so
cc0591eb6446039980d998f96421f886  fuel/mod_fastcgi.so

Which indicates that we have recompiled the .so ourselves. However I
don't see the source from which our package was compiled so I can't
confirm if it was compiled from the same source code.

However, I see that S3 API doesn't work with Ceph RadosGW as deployed
by Fuel until this option is added to ceph.conf:

rgw_print_continue = False

which, according to Ceph documentation, indicates a problem with 100-continue.
