Mike,
MongoDB integration is not Ceilometer integration actually. Please consider
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/ceilometer-fuel-integraition.
All Work items in this bp are up to date. I think that item 2 can be just
changed to ceilometer-fuel-integraition.
