Temporary problem with fuel-jenkins.mirantis.com (affects patches in fuel-web repository)

Hi,

Today we had several problems with our tests on fuel-jenkins.mirantis.com.

1. broken flake8 in master (caused by broken run_tests.sh)
2. broken UI tests in master (caused by problems with tox)

If you have any problems with tests or you don't have +1 from Feul CI,
please, rebase your patch, you can use special button "Rebase" in Gerrit UI.
