To install the Brocade plug-in with OpenStack networking, We used to Install the Brocade-modified Python netconf client (ncclient) library, which is available at https://github.com/brocade/ncclient. We require ncclient to be installed in Controller node for Brocade plug-in to work.

Hi,
do you mean netcat utility "nc"?
If so, then it's installed by default. At least on Ubuntu env I'm running now.
