  Major changes:
  * Updated config path management. Now user home directory used to store '.config' file.
  * Server side removed from the project.
  * Updated algorithm of determining whether remarks to be imported belong to the opened document. From now on only document title from meta info is to be considered.
  * Proper PDF meta info added to export: title, creation date, modification date.
  * There is validation check according to PDF info: dialog is shown if PDF info of import doesn't match opened PDF's info.
  * Remark grabber dialog is empty now. Submiting dialog with empty entry skips cloud creation.
  * Added feature: only user's remarks and remarks with his comments go to export.
  * New functionality implemented: every imported cloud is stored if it's unique or if it's up to date (has more recent changes like new comment(s), status has been changed).
  Minor changes:
  * Some message dialogues' type are modified from "question" to "warging", and have another set of buttons (YES/NO).
  * All message dialogues have title now
