[Bug 594630] [NEW] "CommandLineParsing null" message when error on opening file from command line or desktop

Way to reproduce the error:
1) Go to Gephi instalaltion folder /bin
2) Launch gephidesktop.exe blabla
The file doesn"t exist, and the error message is not clear

No error message is also thrown if someone wants to open a file with the
wrong extension (neither .gephi or any supported graph format)
