In fact, Pajek is a standard in network analysis for some long, so we
had to implement the import/export features.
Gephi works in 3D, and you can enable it by configuring the nodes
shapes: using 3D shapes will allow you to use the Z dimension. But
currently none of the implemented layouts use this coordinate, so you
can assess that every node has a value of 0. The 3D engine exists only
to exploit the capacities of the graphic card.
But anyway, we should add the z coordinate to the graphml export.
