[Question #120887]: Installing "gephi-0.7-alpha4.setup.exe" for a restricted user

I am an IT person trying to install "gephi-0.7-alpha4.setup.exe" for someone in a corporate environment where users do not have administrator rights on Windows XP Pro computers.  Often software can be installed by an administrator sellecting "install for anyone who uses this computer" but this does not seem to be an option.  So after installation, the software works fine for an admin, but not for regular "users" of the computer.

Can permissions be granted to files/folders/registry keys/ etc. in order to allow this to run in our environment?
