[Bug 711758] [NEW] Screen interference when underclocking

 

Public bug reported:

When I select the underclock profile on my eeepc 1101HA (powersave in
eeeControl), the screen gets all "wavery", like if it was under water.
It seems like the driver isn't providing enough power when the chipset
is underclocked. This didn't happen with the psb drivers. Overclock and
normal settings work well.
