Bug description:
If you go to the filter view, you'll see a "Make new note" and "Make new document..." buttons.

My subjective opinion is that the buttons are out of place in GZG on the whole. We do not create new activities, we mainly log them. That POV is, of course, up for debate.

However, even if they are to be used in GZG, placing them in the filter view is not very obvious. If I were to tell a user "it's there, guess where", it is not very likely that many users would go with the filter view.
A suggestion would be to have a button at the top of the GUI labeled "New activity", which drops down some options, like creating notes, txts, e-mails, etc.
