[Bug 509341] [NEW] Doesn't respect Fitts law when maximized

Public bug reported:

When GAJ is maximized (especially evident when using UNE) I can not
click back/forward by just ramming my pointer to either left/right
screen edges. I have to nudge it to hit the narrow buttons.

When GAJ is maximized it should zero any padding on the window borders
to remedy this and respect Fitts law.

** Affects: gnome-activity-journal
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
