seahorse-plugins package is missing from the PPA

Hello,

Currently, GPG integration with both Evolution and Thunderbird is
broken. It looks like it's because seahorse-plugins is missing (thus,
there's no GPG agent).

Do you think it would be fixed in the following weeks?
