Status in ubuntu-gnome-meta package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I've installed Ubuntu 17.10 and then run apt-get install ubuntu-gnome-
  desktop to get the vanilla Gnome (sorry guys, I do not like the
  changes imposed by Ubuntu).

  On 2017-09-28, after running dist-upgrade, several packages from the
  vanilla Gnome were removed, including wallpapers.
