I was adding a salsa recipe but I couldn't fit it into the categories supplied.  So, I just put it into a cuisine.

If we had the option to create/add a category that would be a nice enhancement.
Sometimes an item could go into more than one category, also.

Just a thought.  
BTW love the interface.
