Hi all,

hopefully this is correct way to report a bug (only way I had found).

I just tried to install new nvidia drvers version 550 from PPA on my 
Ubuntu 23.10 and I cannot past DKMS build.

Compilation complain about missing header-presence-tests.mk which is 
really not on that place.
