nvidia-driver-560 does not ship 32 bit libs

The latest version of the nvidia driver shipped by the graphics ppa: 560.35.03-0ubuntu0~gpu22.04.3 on jammy doesn't package 32 bit libs (on launchpad it also shows that nvidia-graphics-drivers-555 is built for i386, but nvidia-graphics-drivers-560 is not). For example, libnvidia-compute-560:i386 libnvidia-decode-560:i386 libnvidia-encode-560:i386 libnvidia-fbc1-560:i386 libnvidia-gl-560:i386 are all missing.

The user facing issue that I see with this is that it completely stops steam's proton from working.

When I install the same version of the driver packaged by nvidia here <https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/230918/>, these libraries are included, and proton works.

I'm running on KDE neon 6.1 based on ubuntu 22.04, but I don't think that's relevant as it's a general packaging issue.

All the best

~Max
